The Process

The Process

The team at Vision Building Reports will assess your property and assign a rating based on the expected conditions of buildings of a similar size, type and age. This provides an accurate estimation of the state of your property and gives you an idea of required repairs, maintenance and associated risks if these issues are left untreated. The report will give insights on roofing, walls, doors, windows, guttering, cabinets, plumbing and much more.

Your finished report will offer a realistic estimation of the value of your property and allow you to decide which major or minor defects (if any) you want to tackle first.
